Came in for installation ARB under guard protection for my FJ cruiser 2014 . Due to rusted nuts and bolts, the team have to used heat and skill to remove them successfully even with some broken one already there . And I expected would take longer time , re threads some holes , new bolts , didn’t want to take risk to remove the rusted bolts on transfer case so we decided to left out the transfer case guard alone. - Thomas was very helpful and respond all questions for my first purchase and service, thank you for quick reply and helpful answers . - Mike at service was friendly and showing me all the details under my FJ and how would it install, I love what I see my product going to be installed before and after, thank you Mike for the challenges to removed all the rusted bolts - I got the product cheaper than anywhere online and free delivery. IT got delivered to the shop so no need to my payment with large box . - beautiful facility and waiting room is so cool. - i would revisit for any purchase and installation with the shop in future because I trust them with great job and friendly.

Recently, Chicago Overlanding helped make my 4Runner a more capable hunt vehicle with additional lighting and slightly stiffer suspension. Thomas and his team added light switches compatible with the OEM ones; a flawless look. The vehicle even signals if these extra lights are left on. Without Thomas, my build would have never happened. I’d been researching lifts, wheel, and tires for my Tacoma on my own for about a year but I didn’t make any real progress until I reached out to Chicago Overlanding. Thomas helped me from start to finish with answering my questions, making recommendations on various options, and helping with all the details I hadn’t considered. He is super knowledgable and passionate about builds. The install could not have gone any smoother for the Blistein 6112s, new control arms (old ones were rusted and ready to be replaced), Blisteins 5100s in the back with 2 inch block, Black Rhino 17s, and Falken Wildpeak AT3W 285s. I would have never gotten this done without him and and could not be happy with the result. I wish I'd done this sooner.
